Robert Toru Kiyosaki (born April 8, 1947) is an American businessman, investor, self-help author, motivational speaker, financial literacy activist ,financial commentator, and radio personality. Kiyosaki divided the economy of whole world in four quadrants.

1. 90% Employee: People who served for other and have no time or money of their own choice.

2. 6% Self employee: Skilled people who work for themselves but they only have either money or time of their choice.

3. 3% Businesses man: People who have hired skilled labor for their businesses. They have both time and money of their choice but they are on risk every time.

4. 1% Investor: People who are enjoying full liberty of money as well as time without any risk.

He further stated that, both quadrant 1 & 2 cannot reach into quadrant 4 in their whole life. But only people in quadrant 3 can reach quadrant 4 in 5-year of struggle.
